A few steps to transfer domain from Godaddy to name.com, as follows: (March 9th, 2011)

1. Unlock your domain in "Domain Manager" from Godaddy. (Uncheck the "lock domains" option)

2. Ask to send "authorization code" by email, the code will be sent to your Administrative Contact Email Address.

3. Register and login on Name.com, type in your domain and the authorization code in "Transfer Domain Names", and then checkout. (Don't forget to get a free whois service with the "FREEWHOIS" coupon :p)

4. You will receive a email from name.com, follow the link in the mail, confirm.

5. Turn to Godaddy when you receive email from it, accept the transfer in "Domain"-"Pending Tranfers".

6. That's all. The transfer completes once you receive notifications from Godaddy and name.com

1、 在Godaddy的"Domain Manager" 中找到要轉移的域名，"Unlock"它。

4、收到Name.com郵件后，點擊郵件中的鏈接，確認。

5、收到Godaddy的郵件后，在域名面板中找到"Pending Transfers"，接受轉移。

6、收到電郵通知時，登錄name.com，在"Account"裏面可以看到域名轉移已完成。
